Garrett Reporting Services, Inc. began in the Huntington and Charleston areas of West Virginia in 1976, when three sisters – D’Anne Garrett Omer, Deborah Garrett Hyde and Evalyn Garrett Bibbee – who had dreamed of being court reporters, decided to make their dream become a reality.
Since Garrett was their maiden name, and one they all had in common, their new company was named Garrett Reporting Services. They believed using the name “Garrett” would bring honor to their mother and father, a man and woman of great integrity, Donald K. Garrett Sr. and Eva Lindsey Garrett.
Now, 30 plus years later, Garrett Reporting Services is still thriving in the legal communities of Raleigh, North Carolina and Charleston, West Virginia. We are blessed with a wonderful staff of the best reporters and videographers in today’s workplace.
